Conversation Point can be thought of as a system to encourage participation and collaboration, as well as a tool providing opportunities to learn, connect, and market. As the system grows, members of the Conversation Point community continue to uncover more ways to provide value to each other.
Leaders
• Lead an intelligent conversation with interested learners on a topic they’re passionate about
• Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the flow of conversation
• Develop trust and rapport

Hosts
• Work with experts to formulate conversations and key questions
• Collect information about the conversation and the expert and post it on the web site
• Assist in marketing and publicizing the conversation
• Insure that guests are registered, greeted, and cared for
• Facilitate the conversation to maximize the benefit to experts and guests.
• Follow up with experts and guests
Guests
• Select, register, and pay a conversation fee to attend individual conversations
• Contribute to each conversation through their experience, ideas, and questions
• Learn and enjoy conversations customized to their needs
• Put themselves in position to serve as Leaders
